This blog is about journalism, working as a journalist and me and – as I’m getting married next year – for the near future it’s likely to also feature weddings.
For a long time I’ve wanted to be a proper journalist and never felt that I knew how to do that. So this is a place to look at how journalism works and what it is like to be earning a living in that trade and tradition now. It’s somewhere to show what I’ve got and to learn some new tricks by looking at how other people go about being journalists in this modern age of social media, paywalls and of course the wireless.
